Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how veo4-video.art handles information for the Veo 4 (Gemini Omni) AI Video Generator experience in 2026.

The service includes prompt planning, reference image workflows, video generation controls, provider processing, downloads, and optional history or sharing features when enabled.

2. Information we collect

Account data may include your name, email address, profile image, login provider, account identifier, session state, entitlement status, credit balance, and billing status.

Generation data may include prompts, reference images, selected model, aspect ratio, duration, quality, camera motion, audio settings, preview plans, task IDs, provider status, download URLs, timestamps, and related metadata.

Technical data may include IP-derived request information, browser and device information, cookies, local storage identifiers, security logs, analytics events, error logs, and abuse-prevention signals.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate login, generation, prompt optimization, image-to-video uploads, preview planning, real video rendering, download, history, sharing, credits, billing, support, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and product improvement.

Login is required for generation actions so preview planning and real video generation can be tied to the correct user account.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage and improve reliability, performance, pricing, and content quality.

4. Prompts, uploads, and provider processing

Veo 4 Preview creates a scene plan and preview timeline. It is not treated as a final MP4 render.

When you choose a supported real video model such as Veo 3.1, prompts, settings, reference images, and task metadata may be sent to third-party infrastructure providers for processing.

Reference images are used for image-to-video planning or generation. Do not upload content that you do not have rights or permission to use.

Provider availability, retention, moderation, and processing behavior may be governed by the provider policies that apply to their services.

5. Payments and billing

If paid plans, subscriptions, or credit packs are offered, payment processing is handled by payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We may receive billing identifiers, customer IDs, subscription IDs, payment status, plan information, transaction timestamps, and related webhook events so credits and account access can be updated.

Billing records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, compliance, and operational purposes.

6. Cookies, analytics, and security tools

We use cookies or similar storage for authentication, session security, preferences, analytics, billing state, and abuse prevention.

We may use services such as Google Sign-In, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Umami analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare KV/D1/R2, Stripe, and video infrastructure providers to operate and protect the service.

Browser settings may allow you to clear cookies, but clearing required cookies can break login, checkout, generation, and account features.

7. Downloads, history, and sharing

Real generated videos may include provider URLs, durable download URLs, task IDs, creation timestamps, and model metadata so downloads, history, or sharing can work when enabled.

Preview plans and real generated videos are handled as separate records so preview output is not misrepresented as a finished generated MP4.

If sharing features are enabled, anyone with access to a shared link may be able to view the associated output or metadata. Review content carefully before sharing it.

8. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, security, support, and video generation.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security investigation, enforcement of our Terms, protection of rights or safety, or business transfer such as merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell your prompts, reference images, or generated videos as standalone personal data.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, billing records, security, abuse prevention, support, and product operations.

Generated content, upload references, provider URLs, and task metadata may be deleted, expire, or become unavailable depending on storage limits, provider availability, account status, or abuse-prevention needs.

You may contact support@veo4-video.art to request access, correction, export, deletion, or account-related privacy assistance. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Security

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and generation data.

You are responsible for keeping your login session, email account, and device secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

11. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and users must be old enough to use the service under the laws that apply to them.

If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact support@veo4-video.art so we can review and delete it where required.

12. International processing

The service may be operated through infrastructure and providers located in different countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed outside your country or region.

Where local law gives you privacy rights, you may contact us to request assistance with those rights.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers, billing, storage, or legal requirements change.

The updated date on this page identifies the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
